Every Tuesday at 5pm, Rachel teaches a Mindful Movement and Meditation class at The ArcanStone in Binh Thanh. The class is free of charge and open to all levels, including complete beginners.

Rachel also offers affordable private classes from her cosy home studio space in the heart of Saigon. Whether you are a curious beginner or an established yogi, her classes cater to all. Rachel teaches a variety of styles of yoga and meditation in this comfortable and peaceful environment.
